Your role purpose
Generate Outbound Leads. Utilise business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts. Generate new business opportunities by proactively contacting potential new clients via telephone, email, and in-person at conferences and trade shows.
Manage Inbound Leads. Respond to inbound requests from marketing campaigns, website, conferences, or other channels. Work closely with Marketing to help follow up on leads from marketing campaigns as well as collaborate and support event campaigns.
Contribute to the overall target accounts strategy. Research industry, company and people by using tools like LinkedIn Navigator that fit the company and persona profile for our solutions. Using Salesforce to log, track and maintain accurate organisation, customer, deal, and contact activity records.
Identify market trends from constant curiosity and tracking of the industries and clients we serve.
Qualifications and experience you need to thrive in this role:
Minimum 1 year of SaaS experience in a Sales Development / Lead Generation role
Fluent in English and French - written and verbal. Extra languages such as Spanish and/or Italian are desirable
Evidence of ability to identify and devise a target strategy in response to market trends and news
Clear evidence of resilience and proactivity that have driven credible achievements
Understanding and ability to collaborate internally and influence externally
Evidence of a strong networker mentality
Salesforce and Outreach experience desirable, evidence of process adherence a must
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Ambitious, hard working and self starter
Ability to adapt and thrive in constant change
