Do you have a minimum of a 2:1 degree and keen to work for an exciting EdTech company that is going places? Are you confident in picking up new technology and adept at talking to customers?

You will be working for this growing start-up to define and grow the Customer Success function for the newly launched educational software. Day-to-day you will use your strong communication skills to on-board customer accounts and build on existing client relationships, so some customer-facing experience will go a long way.

If you love problem-solving then there is plenty of opportunity to resolve issues with the help of the Technical Support team and to develop tools and processes to ensure a great customer experience. You will need to be a team player as you will work across the Product Management, Marketing and Sales teams giving expert customer insight on the innovations and continuous improvements needed for a great user experience.

You will report to the Customer Success Manager and work closely with the company’s founders. This role is based in the bustling seaside city of Brighton and offers you some opportunity for working from home. As this is a rapidly growing company there is plenty of scope for career progression.
