Growth Associate


About the Role

At Chattermill we use cutting-edge AI technology to give leading companies the key to improving their customer experience. We work with many of the most exciting companies in the world (Uber, HelloFresh, Transferwise, Skyscanner, and Deliveroo to name a handful!) and are passionate about helping them put their customers’ at the heart of their decision making.

In four short years, we’ve grown from two co-founders to a team of 40 (and counting) bright and diverse individuals. We have big plans and are now looking for a Growth Associate to join our highly functioning Growth team and work to amplify our demand generation.

As a Growth Associate, you will:

● Strategically identify new leads and plan demand generation cadences to generate interest in Chattermill ● Take ownership of our go-to-market tactics across varying sectors and geographies ● Make an impact in revenue growth by assisting the Sales Development and Growth teams to prepare and tailor effective approaches for new prospects ● Work with the team to create impactful content for outbound marketing

What we’re looking for:

● A creative thinker who loves coming up with new approaches and solutions ● A self-starter who is eager to learn in a hands-on and autonomous environment ● An entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for spotting opportunities ● A clear and effective communicator ● You’re resourceful and able to find information and tools ● You’re ambitious, goal-oriented and have a strong aversion to failing ● You have a great work ethic and are driven to achieve extraordinary results early on in your career

Nice to have:

● Degree level of education ● 1+ years of experience in a competitive professional environment ● Prior experience working in a SaaS or startup environment ● A good understanding of Customer Experience and a passion for helping businesses improve in this area
