About the Role
At Chattermill we use cutting-edge AI technology to give leading companies the key to improving their customer experience. We work with many of the most exciting companies in the world (Uber, HelloFresh, Transferwise, Skyscanner, and Deliveroo to name a handful!) and are passionate about helping them put their customers’ at the heart of their decision making.
In four short years, we’ve grown from two co-founders to a team of 40 (and counting) bright and diverse individuals. We have big plans and are now looking for a Growth Associate to join our highly functioning Growth team and work to amplify our demand generation.
As a Growth Associate, you will:
● Strategically identify new leads and plan demand generation cadences to generate interest in Chattermill ● Take ownership of our go-to-market tactics across varying sectors and geographies ● Make an impact in revenue growth by assisting the Sales Development and Growth teams to prepare and tailor effective approaches for new prospects ● Work with the team to create impactful content for outbound marketing

Nice to have:
● Degree level of education ● 1+ years of experience in a competitive professional environment ● Prior experience working in a SaaS or startup environment ● A good understanding of Customer Experience and a passion for helping businesses improve in this area

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
