Trainee Systems Analyst overview:
This role is an introductory level role which aims to utilise and grow the skills and abilities of the applicant within the operations team, providing a general grounding in the systems, technology and supporting processes of their system. Based on the applicant's preference and suitability, this role would lead to longer term career development into a specific role such as: Test Analyst; Data Analyst; Business Analyst; System Developer; Project Manager.
You will report to the Business Operations Manager.
This is a hybrid role. Some central London office-based (2-3 times a week) and some at home working. If you are based out of London - there are other options so feel free to apply! Sound good?
Trainee Systems Analyst responsibilities:
🧐 Learn and support system and product configuration using our Core platform.
🚀 Deal with system support issues as they are reported to determine course of action.
🧠 Identify and define new change requests and follow these through to implementation.
💻 Assist with testing, training and implementation of systems with our clients.
Trainee Systems Analyst must-haves:
Strong mathematical skills (minimum A Level in Maths)
Strong numerical ability with Excel / databases. Ability to manipulate data comfortably
Strong written English
Willingness to take ownership of an issue and interest in learning more
