We’re looking for an HR expert for a new Human Resources Internship with a growing digital health start-up business. This company’s medical technology optimises neurotherapeutics across the world to support routine patient care, and they need YOU to use your strong administration skills to support all HR activities and recruitment within their dynamic business.

Human Resources Internship role overview:
You’ll help to screen applicants' CVs and schedule interviews with candidates for this growing digital health start-up. You’ll use your organisation and time-management skills to prioritise HR admin tasks. You'll manage posting job ads on social networks and job boards to entice new candidates and then follow up the recruitment process by assisting with administrative tasks around onboarding. You'll assist with data entry and processing on the company's HR software platform.
You’ll report to the Chief Operating Officer and Business Administrator, supporting them with HR activities and managing the recruiting process.
This is a London-based office role with the potential to become a permanent member of the team. Sound good?
Human Resources Internship responsibilities:
🔎 Screen CVs, application forms and schedule interviews with candidates
💻 Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
📊 Assist with data entry and data processing on our HR software platform
📄 Help with drafting contractual documents and other HR-related paperwork
Human Resources Internship must-haves:
BA/BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Highly organised, proactive, able to take initiative and find solutions
Experience with Microsoft Office
