Founded in 2017, is a leading travel tech company with a mission to build the largest travel community of ‘Happy Leaver’s’! We do that by paying for each day a 'Happy Leaver' is away from their home, giving them additional income to put towards their bills, rent or mortgage. Awesome, we know! We are truly revolutionising the industry and looking for a Community Executive [Account Executive] who can join and bring their own personality, efficiencies and inspiring attitude to the London office.

This role is the voice and face of Leavy to all our Happy Leavers. You will ensure the best support and experience for our home owners, using your outstanding communication skills to onboard and create a strong relationship with our Happy Leavers while managing their properties, exceeding their expectations and guaranteeing their satisfaction.

What you will be doing: You will spend time building and maintaining relationships within our community as well as being the point of contact answering any questions they have; Providing ongoing support to hosts in order to maximise customer satisfaction; Ensure all the financial details are correct and ensure payments are done on time; Meet Happy Leavers at their properties and take all necessary information regarding the property. Take fantastic photographs to build attractive listings to entice Guests to stay in these lovely properties. Create detailed house manuals with all the information necessary to pass on to the Guest Experience team; Responsible for ensuring all listings are priced correctly to achieve high occupancy rates for each property; Working closely within a busy operations team and spotting areas where processes can be changed to help improve the Happy Leaver's journey.

Who we are looking for someone with: You are a recent graduate or executive with amazing writing skills; You are creative, sociable and enthusiastic; Experience in managing multiple accounts at different stages; Passionate about the sharing economy and your city; Photographic skills are a huge bonus; Passionate about dealing with people; Someone who will embrace our company ethos & culture; Team spirit, proactive and positive attitude; Your working hours are from Mon to Fri - 9:00am to 6:00pm and as we are operating 365 days, you should be able to cover weekends as well - on a rotation system - but don’t worry you will get time off in lieu. Note that you must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
