We’re looking for a creative individual for a new Junior Graphic Designer job with a growing retail tech start-up. This company’s app gives personal stylists and sales associates a way to build customer relationships beyond the shop floor but they need YOU to create valuable content to help change the way in which retail brands connect and transact with their customers using a blend of evolutionary tech and human relationship building.

Junior Graphic Designer role overview:
You’ll be responsible for the creation of branded communication tools and visual aids for marketing, sales and education purposes. You'll support the Content Marketing Manager in the creation and publishing of a variety of content e.g. social media posts, blogs, video clips, event spaces and many more. You'll also assist the Customer Success Team with training material for the onboarding and up-skilling of customers.
You’ll be part of the Marketing team and report to the Vice President of Brand and Customer Care ensuring all visual/graphic design and branding requests are met.
This is a hybrid role (2 days in the central London office and 3 days from home) with excellent progression opportunities. Sound good?
Junior Graphic Designer responsibilities:
🎨 Create branded presentation decks, sales tools and marketing materials for education and promotion purposes, across multiple media
✍️ Support the Content Marketing Manager in the creation and publishing of content
🚀 Find visual solutions to express complex messages, conceptualising visuals based on requirements
🧠 Be the expert and go-to-person within the organisation for anything that requires visual/graphic design and branding
Junior Graphic Designer must-haves:
Graphic Design degree
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator, and video software experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, social media, video making, advertisements, and multimedia design
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced start-up environment
Junior Graphic Designer nice-to-haves:
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio including case studies, websites, blogs, presentation decks, videos, event space materials
