About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Celebrity and Customer Account Manager to join our fast-growing firm.
You will be the Account Manager of our celebrities and you will help them with information and onboarding. The role will require you to answer queries on a range of topics from how to use our platform, to talking about how to grow their earnings on Thrillz. You will also provide existing celebrities with the support that they need.
You will also be dealing with the customers who book the celebrities and ensuring their orders are processed smoothly. You will be heavily focused on supporting a high volume of customer communication through email, tickets, and social media. You will be asked to partner with other cross functional teams in an effort to resolve all customer issues and provide an exceptional customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to help build a best in class customer service firm.
This is a 3-month initial contract role, and when we see a fit within the 3 month period, can become a full time offer to join a fast growing UK start-up!

What we are looking for:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Masterful problem solving skills – identifying root cause and customer need
Strong computer skills and light technical troubleshooting experience
Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally – this is a fast-paced, rapidly growing (and changing) firm!
A good sense of humour and a team-player mindset

Generous compensation package comprised of base salary
Central London office (Finsbury Circus) with a flexible working culture – we like to give freedom but also value the power of collaboration
Remote working for the foreseeable future - we have achieved a lot without going into the office!
