We’re looking for a communication expert for a new Brand Ambassador job with a tech start-up business. This company’s aim is to provide local businesses with the knowledge & tools of the company software to develop digital, social and online channels without spending a ton of cash, but they need YOU to engage and excite, demo and on-board customers leading to business growth for both them and you.

Brand Ambassador role overview:

You’ll research local businesses and make appointments with them to demo the company software. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to help local businesses understand where their online business presence is working and where they can improve. You'll maintain and expand the client database whilst meeting personal revenue targets to achieve performance-based commission. You’ll report the effectiveness of the company software to the management team to help make improvements. You'll love talking to different people and have the passion to help them grow their businesses whilst helping the economy!

This is a London-based role with excellent and rapid progression opportunities. Sound good?

Brand Ambassador responsibilities:  

📚 Thoroughly researching a customer before visiting them

📞 Visiting or calling local businesses and making appointments to demo the company software

📈 Report on the effectiveness of the software and provide your feedback to the management team

💻 Help the business owner understand where their online business presence is working and where they can improve

📊 Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory

Brand Ambassador must-haves:

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • A well-presented, outgoing individual with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Some customer-facing experience (whether that’s working in a bar/restaurant, a shop, customer service or sales)

  • Able to work in London area

  • Competent using social media and digital tools and technologies

Brand Ambassador nice-to-haves:

  • Some experience working in B2B sales

  • Familiarity with sales techniques, customer relationship management and pipeline management

  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape

Brand Ambassador benefits:
