Your passion for ensuring a positive customer experience is exactly what we’ve been searching for. Not to mention, your interest in technology or education too. Your fantastic spoken and written communication skills will enable you to provide applicants who want to study with us smooth onboarding and support them along the way. And you will see the process from start to finish, which means you get to be the one to say ‘Congratulations!’.

Your 4.5 day working week will be spent with the Onboarding Manager and the rest of the Onboarding Team, which sits within the Technical Department, so despite working remotely you will still be very much immersed in the team spirit. Your motivation will come in handy for this fully remote role, although the Manchester and Leeds head offices are always available to you if you fancy a day in the office. And there are Manchester-based meetings every 3 months too.
