We’re looking for a data expert for a new Data Marketing Analyst job with an exciting automotive brand. Working as part of the digital team you will analyse the data from Google 360 to interpret trends, make suggestions for improvement to customer experience, online conversion and UX. Additionally, you'll be familiar with conversion optimisation and in particular have experience running A/B testing campaigns ideally using Google Optimise.

Data Marketing Analyst role overview:

First and foremost your work is all about understanding the user behaviour of customers and prospects on 3 well-known automotive websites. Working as part of the digital team, you'll be responsible for obtaining an accurate and intuitive understanding of both the business and the users needs in order to formulate a plan of action.

You'll be working closely with the Website Performance Managers and the Digital Planning Manager and you will use consumer insights and digital technologies to help create data-driven plans that optimise the customer experience and conversion through digital channels.

This is a hybrid role that includes some working from home and some Epsom office-based working with excellent and rapid progression opportunities. Sound good?

Data Marketing Analyst responsibilities:  

🚗 Understanding user behaviour for our customers and prospects across 3 well known automotive websites

💻 Use GA360 and Google Big Query to analyse data, interpret trends and suggest actionable plans

📈 Use Content Square to provide UX analysis on digital content 

🧠 Interpret statistical information to advise on UX and content improvements

Data Marketing Analyst must-haves:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in data driven marketing.

  • Proficiency and experience in Google Analytics including GA360, and Data Studio (build, edit & modify).

  • A good understanding of A/B testing and Google Optimise.

Data Marketing Analyst nice-to-haves:

  • Understanding of Adobe Analytics.

  • Analytical thinking - you will enjoy delving into the detail to find our what’s working and what’s not.

  • Good interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders across the various teams.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to have your message understood clearly by adopting a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to the audience and the nature of the information.
