We’re looking for a highly organised person for a new Executive Assistant job to the CEO of a tech start-up business. You will play a major role in a rapidly growing business that will dramatically improve the fortunes of many companies, including small businesses. This company helps others to build an online presence with a whole range of digital services and they need YOU to be involved in every aspect of the business from product development and operations to marketing and sales.

Executive Assistant role overview:

You’ll use your organisation skills to plan meetings for the CEO, record minutes from these meetings and ensure they are actioned in a prompt manner. You'll be the CEO's righthand person responding to correspondence on their behalf and you'll assist in projects across the business ensuring they're delivered on time and within budget. What's more, you'll use your discreet nature to deal with highly sensitive information and raise a red flags to CEO when problems arise. Most importantly, you'll have a strong desire to get the job done!

This role is based in London, with excellent and rapid progression opportunities. Sound good?

Executive Assistant responsibilities:  

🚀 Assist the CEO with projects from across the business ensuring they are delivered on time and in budget

📈 Collate data from across the business and produce reports to monitor performance

🗨️ Liaise with department heads and provide the CEO with daily status updates

🤝 Arrange meetings for the CEO, record minutes of meetings, manage the completion of action points

Executive Assistant must-haves:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • The confidence to deal with people at all levels of the business

  • Highly organised, practical and proactive, with an astute mindset

  • A problem solver with a technical mindset

Executive Assistant nice-to-haves:

  • Formal project management experience/qualification is desirable

  • Experience of business theories such as “design thinking” and “Scale up” is an advantage

  • Conversational Spanish is an advantage

  • A degree in business, entrepreneurship or similar
