Are you looking for a technical internship at an exciting startup that could lead to a permanent position?

  • Remote 6-month internship at a social housing startup company

  • Starting salary of £21,000 with the potential for a full time position, company laptop provided and Friday afternoons off

  • A degree in Computer Science (or similar) is a must and knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript and NodeJS is advantageous

Are you a great problem-solver with a Computer Science degree? Then this could be the perfect role for you!

You will get the chance to work on the frontend and backend of the company’s mobile applications and assist in the implementation of new features whilst also managing client apps. You will also support the development team when needed. You will report to the Technical Lead/Chief Technical Officer (CTO) who will assist in your technical training and development.

Day-to-day, you will get the chance to develop your programming skills when configuring and deploying new client apps and fixing any system bugs. You will get the opportunity to write and design frontend user stories and flows whilst also writing backend user stories and sequence diagrams to describe feature functionality. Your strong analytical skills will assist you in app testing and quality assurance.

You will be working remotely within a small team of developers who will support you when needed so you will need to be a good communicator with exceptional teamwork skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and take initiative.

Strategic company meet ups are held once a month (usually in London) to discuss the future of the company and to socialise with your colleagues. And this role also offers you Friday afternoons off if you have managed to complete your workload!

Every applicant will receive a response and you don’t even need to submit a CV. So if you are a Computer Science graduate and a great problem-solver apply today!
