Junior Project Manager role overview:
Reporting into the Head of Delivery, the Junior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the delivery team by ensuring new client implementation projects are completed on time and to the highest quality.
This is a hybrid London-based and remote working role requiring a high-level of responsibility and offering great progression opportunities. Sound good?
Junior Project Manager responsibilities:
📈 Create, manage, and maintain project plans and timelines in consultation with the project team
🚀 Organise and facilitate regular project meetings or stand-ups, and track action items
🤝 Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
🧠 Manage client change requests in line with agreed processes
Junior Project Manager must-haves:
Previous experience working as part of a project management / delivery team and / or project management as part of studies
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work to meet timelines
Understanding of basic project management methodologies and familiarity with project management tools.
Able to manage multiple concurrent projects, and be responsive to changing priorities
Junior Project Manager benefits:
A great salary between £24,000-£27,000
Company bonus scheme with the potential to receive a 10% bonus payment, subject to both company and individual performance.
25 days holiday per annum
