We’re looking for chatty juniors with excellent written communication skills for a new Junior Onboarding Executive role with a leading HRtech scale-up. This platform helps business leaders find out what their employees really think so they can make decisions about work that benefit everyone.
They need YOU to be the face of the business, welcoming new clients and guiding them through the start of their journey AKA their onboarding!
Junior Onboarding Executive role overview:
You’ll work with the Head of Customer Success to truly delight new clients at every stage of the process from their first signup. You’ll use your fantastic communication skills to build great working relationships while reporting project progress and helping customers solve problems.
This is a great chance for a graduate or first jobber to use their background in retail or customer service to launch a fantastic career in customer success.
This is a truly flexible role: if you want to work remotely, that’s perfect. If you want to work in the Newcastle HQ, just ask!
Junior Onboarding Executive responsibilities:
😃 Ensure that new clients are delighted throughout their onboarding experience
🤝 Build excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues
❤️ Be a friend to customers, chatting with them and helping them with their problems
⏳ Report project progress and risk management
🚀 Listen to customer feedback and report it back to the team to help improve the platform
Junior Onboarding Executive must-haves:
Strong organisation and time management skills
Fantastic written communication skills
The ability to chat with customers and build great relationships
Junior Onboarding Executive benefits:

Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 per year
Location: Remote, work from anywhere in the UK
Working hours: Monday to Friday - core hours 10am - 2pm (flexible)
