2Simple – Internal Sales Consultants

Location: London N1, Reporting To: National Sales Manager

Salary: £20k plus £10k OTE

The aim of our software is to create a space where children can learn while being creative, using the technology and tools they will have to use for the rest of their lives. We take difficult concepts and make them accessible to children of all abilities.

We are dedicated to making software that raises standards, enhances the learning experience, and saves teachers' time.

In 1999 we released the Infant Video Toolkit, a child-friendly office suite for desktop publishing, painting, graphing and coding. Today over 90% of UK primary schools use 2Simple software and our tools are used by teachers and students all around the world, in countries like South Africa, India, Sweden, The UAE, Australia and the USA. We are looking for a graduate or similar to join our team of account managers & telephone sales consultants who speak every day to primary schools, telling them about our great software and dealing with our existing happy customers. We want all of our existing and prospective customers to enjoy speaking to us. Our style is friendly, consultative and never pushy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, dynamic team speaking to primary school teachers on the telephone, telling them about our innovative, easy to use and well-liked Educational Software.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

You're a people person, you love talking to people, and are passionate about providing the customer the service they deserve and you're looking for a new challenge. You have good computer skills and excellent written and spoken English. You want to be part of the educational revolution by helping schools to get the resources that make the difference.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Work as part of team to look after our customers and win new ones. o Assist in our objectives to ensure retained revenue and growth. o Upsell additional product and service to existing customer base. o Act as customer care liaison to ensure happy customers. o Process customer orders & queries o Assist with marketing campaigns o Liaise with other internal departments to ensure we maintain customer satisfaction

Job Skills:

o Well spoken, with excellent telephone manner o Good written, communication and time-management skills. o Good computer knowledge with essential and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook o Ability to work under own initiative, but also as part of a team

The individual must be self-motivated and prepared to work in a busy environment with the ability to work unsupervised.
