About the Role

Position: Customer Success Executive Reports to: Key Accounts Director

Job brief:

We are looking for an entry-level position in the Global-e Customer Success team. The Customer Success Executive will assist Global-e’s Key Accounts Director to further expand their international sales and improve their conversion based on Global-e’s platform and proprietary data thus ensuring the long-term success of our clients in Europe.

The Customer Success Executive will also assist in providing clients with strategic insights based on their performance and market trends and liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery according to the clients’ needs.

The person is intended to quickly move into a Junior Account Manager role after a few months, provided key KPIs are met. The successful candidate will be working directly with leading global retailers.

The Key Account Director handles key Tier 1 and 2 merchants that are global brands or emerging household names all over the UK, but also in Germany, Spain, and other European key markets, thus giving the candidates more exposure to international business.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing periodic performance reports covering and analysing the client’s KPI’s. Examples are analyses of new market entry, revenue and profit drivers, industry overviews, competitor analyses, performance benchmarking, cost optimisations, and much more. • Presenting from time to time to clients and internal stakeholders the performance reports. • Supporting client’s strategic, marketing and operational decisions based on internal knowledge and best practices. • Handling and resolving key client issues by partnering with internal Global-e stakeholders, setting the right expectations with clients, and exceeding them. • Attending client meetings as and when needed • With proven success, the candidate will in a short span gradually be given some clients to directly handle, in anticipation of eventually being a (Junior) Account Manager.

• Strong data and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time • Capability to be in a client’s shoes and empathise

Job Details

Salary: £20,000 to £28,000 per year

Location: London

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Contract: Permanent
