Are you a fluent English speaker with proficiency in German and/or French? Do you want to work in a customer-facing role, supporting a global Helpdesk team and making people happy every day?

Responsibilities:

🤝 Help UK and French or German customers with their queries

✍️ Create content for helpful articles and canned responses to questions

❤️ Work on the Helpdesk, using your people skills to make customers happy

How our hiring process works
