We’re looking for a communication expert for a new graduate client success executive job with a leading EdTech business. This company prides itself on giving clients outstanding customer service, providing higher education tutoring and admissions consulting around the world, but they need YOU to build on their phenomenal growth and expand the applications team.

Client Success Executive role overview:

You’ll help to sell the company's higher education tutoring and admissions consulting service to clients and institutions. You’ll use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, tutors, partners and team members. You will be confident to effectively get your point across and share the benefits of the service.

This is initially a full-time London office-based role with the opportunity for hybrid working from home/office post onboarding period. Sound good?

Client Success Executive responsibilities:  

🧠 Use interpersonal skills, especially empathy and patience, to assist clients with university admissions

🚀 Use your selling skills to hit weekly, monthly and annual targets both personally and within the team

💡 Use problem-solving skills to assist clients as and when needed

👥 Assist the team in developing the company strategies

Client Success Executive must-haves:

  • A university degree with at least a 2:1 (in any subject)

  • An understanding of the UK education system

  • Great communication and organisation skills

  • Interpersonal skills, especially empathy and patience
