We’re looking for a communication expert for a new marketing and events coordinator role with a leading electrical wholesaler. This company supplies a wide range of electrical products with branches across the UK, but they need YOU to create valuable content to boost brand awareness.

Marketing & Events Coordinator overview:
This role is very hands-on and would suit an individual who is highly motivated, well organised, creative, and efficient, with high attention to detail and a desire to kick start / further develop their marketing career in the electrical industry and specifically, the fast growing home automation sector. You will ensure that all organic content is valuable and working to generate interest. You will also have the opportunity to devise recruitment initiatives to run multiple Training courses and Manufacturer sponsored Training events.
This is a hybrid role with flexible hours. Sound good?
Marketing & Events Coordinator responsibilities:
🗣️ Manage the social media management platform (Hootsuite)
🆕 Develop engaging online content including reels, short videos, graphics; monitor and analyse content success
🚀 Assist and take ownership of special projects and events, managing them from brief to implementation
Marketing & Events Coordinator must-haves:
0-2 years of related professional marketing experience (digital / lead generation/ e-commerce/ social media)
An abundance of passion for social media
Excellent copywriting skills, evidencing a clear understanding of (B2B) social media writing styles and tone of voice
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Create Suite and web editing packages
Nice-to-haves:
Knowledge of basic CSS/HTML, Wordpress, Photoshop is a plus
Experience in event management and/or B2B marketing is preferable

Hybrid role - minimum 2 days in Wandsworth, London office
