We’re looking for a tech-savvy job hunter with a passion for education for a new opportunity with a leading e-learning platform that helps train proofreading, editing and content professionals.
This team builds the courses that get careers off the ground, but they need YOU to help develop their next batch of learning materials!
Ideally you'll have experience in media, film production (or education), and be passionate about education and technology.
Junior Project Coordinator role overview:
You'll use your organisation skills and passion for education to help coordinate course delivery as the company expands their offering. You'll work alongside the Head of Operations and subject matter experts to create a wide variety of courses.
Your role will be exciting and varied: you'll start out coordinating the team and setting deadlines for projects. You'll then work alongside the company's professional writers, helping subject matter experts storyboard their knowledge for new courses. You'll then help prepare the courses for testing and launch on our website for both business and individual learners.
With a healthy mix of project management, content creation and creative collaboration, this is the perfect role for media, humanities or teaching graduates that are looking to start a career in e-learning.
This role is based in central London (St Katherines Way E1)
Junior Project Coordinator responsibilities:
🚀 Manage the delivery of new courses including setting team deadlines and quality control
✍️ Storyboard content with subject matter experts
🎨 Prepare, design and deliver course presentations
🧠 Update team knowledge bank with new processes
Junior Project Coordinator must-haves:
Minimum 1 years of experience in media, education or film production with a passion for education and tech
Knowledge of e-learning authoring software. Additional preference would be given to candidates familiar with H5P
Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, including internal and external partners
A high energy self-starter with an insatiable drive for success, personal growth, and fantastic attention to detail
Exceptional at coordinating the delivery of interactive and multi-media training materials and assessment procedures
Confident in sharing your knowledge and experience of e-learning systems with our team
Great attention to detail and organisation skills
