Sales Executive (Entry-Level) role

We’re looking for a sales expert for a new entry-level sales executive role with a leading AI business. This company has evolved to become a global Software as a Service (SaaS) geospatial AI company with ambitious goals to expand their customer base and develop new solutions, but they need YOU to drive new business and qualify leads to pass on to the Business Development Manager's (BDM's) for the opportunity to close deals.

Sales Executive role overview:

You’ll help to target prospective clients that align with the company strategy. You’ll use previous sales experience to contribute to long-term business growth. You'll demonstrate a natural product mindset to offer scalable customer solutions, delivered simply and efficiently!

You’ll work alongside the Business Development Managers, ensuring a seamless transition of all qualified leads to the Business Development team.

This is a hybrid role based in Didcot, Oxfordshire with excellent progression opportunities and exciting commission! Sound good?

Sales Executive role responsibilities:  

🧠 Generate interest and new sales leads via social media, phone calls and emails

🤝 Introduce prospects to BDM’s and hand over all qualified leads for sales progression

🔎 Use upselling techniques to increase the size of orders or encourage prospects to try out newly developed products

💻 Follow up inbound and ‘warm’ enquiries generated through marketing channels

Sales Executive role must-haves:

  • Previous experience working within a Sales role, or previous experience working with customers

  • Able to converse confidently via telephone, face to face and via email

  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy

  • A creative thinker with the ability to work in an agile and disruptive environment
