If you are an organised individual that likes to look after a team, then this HR/Operations Assistant position could be the perfect role for you. You will be joining an Artificial Intelligence start-up and your role involves assisting the international team with all sorts of admin and operations tasks. Day-to-day you will act as key support person for team relations and help with regular communication, assist with recruiting, onboarding new joiners and offboarding leavers as well as answering any people-related questions from staff.

Additionally, it will be your responsibility to help the team manage finance issues such as administering enrollment for insurance, collecting and processing internal expense forms, gathering and releasing payment run files and responding to staff payroll and salary enquiries.
