We’re looking for an events enthusiast for a new Conference/Events Producer job with a growing media business. This company operates across the logistics, supply chain, transport and robotics industries producing a host of sector-leading magazines, websites, exhibitions, conferences and awards both in the UK and overseas but they need YOU to help research, plan and ensure smooth running of all events/conferences.

Conference /Events Producer role overview:

You'll use your organisational skills to work on both virtual and physical conferences/events internationally. You'll use your strong written skills to write conference programmes and your communication skills to liaise with speakers. You'll research markets, speakers and venues for events and work closely with different teams across the company to ensure commercial success.

This job involves some travel, in the UK and internationally.

This role is based full-time in Borough, London with excellent and rapid progression opportunities. Sound good?

Conference /Events Producer responsibilities:  

🔍 Researching markets and speakers, and liaising with speakers

🏰 Venue scouting/identification

✍️Writing conference programmes

🗨️ Liaising with various teams across the business:

  • Sales and Marketing to ensure commercial success

  • Editorial to identify speakers

  • Rest of the company to identify new markets

Conference /Events Producer must-haves:

  • Degree level (ideally 2:1 or above)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (MS Office skills required)

  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
