Admin & Operations Assistant


About the Role

Fuse 3, work closely with technology companies across Europe bringing them funding opportunities and brokering deals in mergers and acquisitions. They are looking for an admin and operations assistant based from their office in Hove.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and great at face-to face and written communication. You will be required to speak to founders of tech companies who are raising money for their business, plus support the directors in their roles, so you have to be confident and strong in your communication.

Operations tasks:

  • Implementing and maintaining general business procedures
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Maintaining the company's HR system - BreatheHR
  • Inputting expenses into the accounts system xero
  • Credit control and chasing payment of invoices by email and telephone
  • Creating and issuing Invoices using Xero
  • Organising company events or conferences

Administration tasks:

  • Managing office administrative systems
  • Organising meetings for directors
  • Booking transport and accommodation for directors
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • CRM related database cleaning and management
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Attending meetings with senior management

Job Details

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per year

Location: Hove (Brighton & Hove East Sussex)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Contract: Permanent
