Are you a confident sales person interested in getting involved in a rapidly expanding company?
We’re looking for a junior SDR for a new job with a leading full-stack language services company, offering proofreading, editing and writing support to businesses (from startups to Fortune 500 companies) and individuals (from researchers to authors). This company develops tools that empower editors and writers, but they need YOU to help them expand further into the UK!
This is a great opportunity for a natural sales person, interested in rapid progression and earning fantastic money.
Sales Development Executive role overview:
Your main goal is to help grow revenue by filling the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities. This role is ideal for someone looking to quickly develop their sales career and eager to make their mark on a rapidly growing, innovative business.
The company is looking to expand their business in the UK, so much of your time will be spent building relationships with prospective clients.
If you hit your targets you’ll be looking at a salary of £26,000- £34,000+, on-target results would yield somewhere between £40k to £45k. All commissions are uncapped. This is initially a remote role that’s perfect for someone looking to further develop their career in sales.
Sales Development Executive responsibilities:
🎨 Generate targeted lists of accounts and contacts for outbound outreach via our 3rd party platforms.
✍️ Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs, using targeted and relevant questions, and nurturing prospects to an initial sales meeting.
🚀 Develop and implement strategic account-based marketing plans in partnership with marketing and account executives.
🧠 Continuously improve your sales development process, and implement and share best practices.
Sales Development Executive must-haves:
Experience in initiating conversations and speaking with executive and mid level professionals at mid-market and enterprise brands, agencies and communications businesses.
Track record of strong sales performance, including lead generation and consistent quota achievement.
Experience working in fast-paced environments where you’ve been constantly driven to learn, innovate, and improve.
Excellent organisational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills.
Sales Development Executive benefits:
This role will pay a base salary of somewhere between £26k to £34k depending upon experience . Then with the commission plan, the on-target results would yield somewhere between £40k to £45k. All commissions are uncapped.
SDR “Commission” shall be payable as follows:
£35.00 for every outbound meeting attended (MA) by a potential Proofed client. (target 10 per month)
£75.00 for every outbound sales accepted lead (SAL). (target 6 per month)
0.5% of the Retained Net First Year Revenue actually paid by clients that have been introduced, onboarded or referred to the Company by you as a direct result of your performance of the Services (“Retained Revenue”), and which is evidenced in the Company’s Document Management System (“DMS”).
