Founded in 2017, is a leading travel tech company with a mission to build the largest travel community of ‘Happy Leaver’s’! We do that by paying for each day a 'Happy Leaver' is away from their home, giving them additional income to put towards their bills, rent or mortgage. Awesome, we know! We are truly revolutionising the industry and looking for an Operations Coordinator who can join and bring their own personality, efficiencies and inspiring attitude to the London office.

This role ensures a smooth operational flow once a property is live. That is, you will have a very dynamic day going from managing stocks, to liaising with suppliers, to delivering keys, to answering guest queries always looking to provide an amazing experience to our guests and also ensuring respect our Happy Leaver’s properties. This position requires outstanding communication skills to build and maintain a strong relationship with our guests, but also a good logical thinking in order to prioritize and optimize the entire process.

What you will be doing: Act as the point of contact for all guest communication; Screen and vet all of our guests as well as assessing any questions or demands in person, over the phone and email prior or during their stay; Manage check ins and check outs; Liaising with external workers for any task/requirement that needs attention and ensure the smooth completion of them all; Taking ownership of the process and thinking outside-of-the-box to improve our operational flow and optimize the usage of suppliers and resources; Be the central point of contact for our Host-On-Demands community assigning flats and supporting them to amaze our guests; Training HoDs and ensuring their top performance; Help to design and redesign our ever-changing processes; Supporting all frontline teams from the office with urgent issues.

Who we are looking for: Strong analytical and numerical skills; Proficient in Excel; Experience managing multiple accounts in different stages; Ability to prioritize and deal with conflict; Logistical experience is a bonus; You take a customer-first approach to everything you do. Able to work under pressure; Passionate about dealing with people; Someone who will embrace our company ethos & culture; Team spirit, proactive and positive attitude; Your working days are Mon to Fri and working hours will be 3 days (9:00am to 6:00pm) and 2 days (1:00pm to 10:00pm) and as we are operating 365 days, you should be able to cover weekends as well - on a rotation system - but don’t worry you will get time off in lieu. Note that you must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
