This team offers proofreading, editing and writing support to businesses and researchers, but they need YOU to help improve their processes, products and services!

Business Analyst role overview:

You’ll report to the Head of IT and be responsible for using data analysis to improve processes, products, services and software for the company. You’ll work alongside the IT and project management departments, helping the teams complete projects and understand requirements. 

You’ll conduct interviews and analyse business needs to gather data and find areas for improvement within the company. Then you will work alongside the project and development team to make this data into an actionable plan to enhance business processes. You’ll then communicate the changes that your projects make to stakeholders and continue to refine the company processes.

This role is based in central London (Tower Bridge).

Business Analyst responsibilities:

✍️ Determine and help outline new projects to improve company processes

🔎 Analyse the business needs of stakeholders

📝 Conduct interviews (questionnaires, surveys etc) to determine project requirements

🎯 Work with the project and development team to outline requirements and action tasks

🧠 Create process models, specifications, diagrams and charts for the developer and project teams

💪 Communicate changes to stakeholders

Business Analyst must-haves:

  • STEM / Computer Science degree

  • Some Business Analyst work experience (min 1 year)

  • Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills

  • Great listening, written and verbal communication skills
