You will be rewarded for all your effort with an extensive benefits package which includes 33 days paid annual leave and a starting salary of £22,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience).
Based in Chiswick, London The Chat Shop is currently looking for an enthusiastic sales support administrator who is dedicated to aiding our sales and marketing team. In this position, you will work closely with our Head of Sales and Marketing to accomplish the following:
● Responding to incoming enquiries through our website, social media, and email. ● Assist in the development of pre-qualification questionnaires and new client information templates ● Take ownership of early prequalification of prospective clients. ● Be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our CRM data and ensure sales tasks are actioned. ● Building presentations ● Assist in the creation of proposal documents ● Communicate effectively with potential clients during the sales process ● Arrange meetings for our Head of Sales and Marketing ● Attend meetings ● Work on specific deadlines and ensuring that proposals for new business are sent out on time. ● Being responsible for ensuring commercial pricing is correct before it is passed to the client. ● Take a forward-thinking view of the future of the sales function in the business and design your own administrative plan that supports its growing needs. ● Create a reporting suite that enables the department to demonstrate its success and how it has been achieved.
● You have some experience of CRM (preferably Hubspot). ● You have an excellent command of both written and oral English. ● You have skills in creating excellent presentations. ● You have a passion for digital. ● You have the ability to accept responsibility for tasks assigned. ● You are exceptionally organized with time management and planning skills. ● You are proactive - you can work alone as well as with a team. ● You have fantastic interpersonal skills. ● You are able to speak with people at all levels of our business. ● You are accurate with keen attention to detail. ● You’re inquisitive, always asking questions and wanting to find out more. ● You’re competitive and want to win. Salary: £22,000 to £27,000 per year
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Start date: 01/01/2019
