HR Software Graduate Internship

CitrusHR

About CitrusHR

CitrusHR is a fast-growing SaaS start-up who provide refreshingly simple personalised HR and employment law support and time-saving online software.

Employing and paying people can be stressful. There’s lots of red tape and paperwork that’s hard to get right and takes up precious time. Citrus HR's clever software and army of HR consultants help over 1000 UK small businesses take that pain away.

About the Role

We make software which helps thousands of small companies manage their people. We are looking for someone to join our team and help us make the software even better.

We’ll get you to test our software, conduct research for new features, write help text and guides, and do a bit of admin.

Reporting to the HR Software Project Manager, you will be a graduate in a degree such as HR or business, psychology or another social science, maths or computing.

You’ll need great attention to detail, decent written English, a love of apps and tech, and have had some work experience in at least two different companies. This is a great opportunity if you want a career in either HR or software.

Our friendly team is based in Bath but mostly working from home right now—so you’ll be able to work from home, though it would be good if you live close enough to be able to come into our office once a week when we’re allowed to do so.

This internship is for a fixed term of 6 months, to start as soon as possible. It could lead to a permanent job offer after that.

Candidate requirements:

Must-haves:

  • A degree such as HR or business, psychology or another social science, maths or computing
  • A strong interest in and ability to work with new technology and software
  • Some work experience (preferably office-based)
