Helipaddy is the world’s largest helicopter landing site database. With over 10,000 landing site locations and aerial points of interest available online and via the free-to-download iOS and Android mobile apps, it is the go-to place for adventurous pilots and aviation entrepreneurs seeking new and exciting places to visit. We seek an Operations and Digital Marketing Manager to join our young and expanding team in our offices at Battersea Heliport. We deliver innovation to the helicopter community - come work in a startup environment and embrace genuine responsibility.

The successful applicant will need to provide administrative support in a busy office, assisting with day to day operations to aid Helipaddy’s daily business functions. They should be happy working on multiple micro-projects, working closely with the team to improve efficiency across the platform.

Applicants should demonstrate an appreciation of the complexity of the product and deliver an excellent level of customer service. Due to the nature of the data, an acute appreciation of accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities:

● Assist with data cleaning activities to ensure app offering is lean and concise. ● Help grow the database through pad additions and imports. ● Create and maintain a wide range of general documentation including newsletters, social media posts, app performance reports and blog articles. ● Conduct market analysis for upcoming product initiatives. ● Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel, acting as the key point of contact for enquiries, investigating, resolving and escalating issues as appropriate.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills:

● Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers. ● An interest in digital marketing opportunities including SEO, Content and Social Media Marketing. ● A confident & professional telephone manner ● Effective written and verbal communication ● Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards work ● Excellent attention to detail ● Willingness to work to deadlines ● An organised approach to work

Job Details

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000

Location: London

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Contract: Permanent

Role: Executive

Start date: 01/12/2019
