About the Role

Are you looking for a people-focused digital marketing role which will turbo-charge your career?

We are looking for a smart & driven individual, who already has 6-24 months of digital marketing experience, and is looking to join a well-respected, growing digital marketing agency.

Ideally, you'll have some kind of experience in account management or customer service, this could be via a part-time job, internship, graduate scheme or working as an Account Executive. Basically, anything where you've been talking directly to clients or customers, coordinating work with internal teams and delivering next-level customer satisfaction!

As an independent agency, our London team of 15 is like a family. We actually enjoy coming to work each day (yes, that's not a joke) as we're working across the same clients, projects and campaigns, meaning we get to know each other extremely well. You would be joining at a time where a lot of the team are new as well, meaning the company has a real buzz and energy. Quite simply, we are going places...

"Okay, I'm hooked, but what's actually the opportunity?"

Here are the details:

This role is available right now!

  • You'll be working directly with clients to coordinate and manage their digital activity, ensuring we're delivering digital marketing which achieves their goals.

  • A big part of the role is building strong client relationships based on trust, transparency and a deep understanding of your clients' business/brand (including their customers, products, market competition etc...)

  • Much of the role is people-focused with client meetings, calls, emails & Slack, as well as coordinating internal teams.

  • The role is client-focused, but you will be exposed to a range of digital channels (including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Google the list goes on) and will build your skills across PPC, Social Ads, SEO, CRO, UX, Email and much more.

  • There will also be an element of theory across the business and digital strategy to ensure you understand how the different elements of the marketing landscape fit together.

  • At Reload we develop people through a mixture of guided learning, group training sessions and one-on-one coaching. It isn't all theory though, as we ensure that you actually develop the day-to-day skills of a digital marketer.

"Who are we looking for?"

We only have 1 place available, so we're super picky with our selection process and are looking for an individual who has:

  • 3 A-Levels (or equivalent)
  • GCSE Maths & English to Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • A theoretical background of marketing and consumer behaviour (i.e a university degree or equivalent)

They will also be:

  • A people person with strong verbal communication - not afraid to offer an opinion!
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with numbers & handling data
  • Able to write to a high standard
  • Close attention-to-detail
  • Desire to learn and develop
  • Organised and able to manage their time effectively
  • Authentic and honest!
  • Resilient - agency life is fast-paced and tough!

"What's the likelihood of progression with this role?"

Extremely high! If you show the drive, passion and willingness to develop, there will be opportunities to progress:

This role typically leads to working on more complex and exiting clients, delivering world-first digital campaigns with big opportunities to travel with the job.

We'll be providing feedback on your development areas all the time, and we'll be clear as to how you're progressing every step of the way. We'll also be able to say where your skills and interests are best suited across an array of potential digital roles, from PPC to SEO, to Account Management or Account Strategy.

We always look after our own. All of our senior positions across the global business are taken by people who started their career at Reload. Our CEO started as a consultant 8 years ago, while our GM in London began his Reload career as an Account Manager 5 years ago.
