Digital Account Coordinator
About the Role
Are you looking for a people-focused digital marketing role which will turbo-charge your career?
We are looking for a smart & driven individual, who already has 6-24 months of digital marketing experience, and is looking to join a well-respected, growing digital marketing agency.
Ideally, you'll have some kind of experience in account management or customer service, this could be via a part-time job, internship, graduate scheme or working as an Account Executive. Basically, anything where you've been talking directly to clients or customers, coordinating work with internal teams and delivering next-level customer satisfaction!

As an independent agency, our London team of 15 is like a family. We actually enjoy coming to work each day (yes, that's not a joke) as we're working across the same clients, projects and campaigns, meaning we get to know each other extremely well. Don't just take my word for it, look at what actual employees say about the company... https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Reviews/Reload-Digital-Reviews-E2426960.htm
Unlike most other agencies of our size, we are backed by 70+ people in our international offices (in Australia & Asia), with Reload-able to say that we are 'truly global' due to the way we collaborate across time zones. Every day there are typically 3-4 international video calls occurring, 60% of Reloaders have worked in 2 or more offices, and we have Global roles which ensure expertise and ideas are spread across the world.
In 2018 our team visited 18+ countries for client meetings, conferences and events, and by joining us, you too could have the opportunity to visit one of our European clients for a meeting or workshop, or even to do a stint in one of our other markets.
"How are we different from other agencies?"
We do all the fun stuff that most agencies do (whether that's pub quizzes, Friday drinks and sports' teams), but as a small team that is planning to grow rapidly over the next few years, we also are actively looking for people who want to play an active part in our story.
From day 1 we encourage people to have a voice, bring ideas to the table and help us get to that next level. Each and everyone in our team has a say in our vision and how we evolve as a company.
Reload is an environment that has a real people focus and believes that "Attitude Creates Ability."
"What is Reload's company vision?"
Over the next 1/2/5 years, we have big plans to grow our team, work with more interesting and complex clients and push the boundaries with the digital marketing activities and results we're achieving for the brands we work with. We started out in a basement in London Bridge 5+ years ago, but now we're looking to take the business to the next level.
Our aim is simple... to be known as "London's Most Respected Digital Marketing Agency". Just check out our Google Reviews to get a feel for the relationships we're able to build with our clients.
You would be joining at a time where a lot of the team are new as well, meaning the company has a real buzz and energy. Quite simply, we are going places...

The role is client-focused, but you will be exposed to a range of digital channels (including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Google the list goes on) and will build your skills across PPC, Social Ads, SEO, CRO, UX, Email and much more.
There will also be an element of theory across the business and digital strategy to ensure you understand how the different elements of the marketing landscape fit together.
At Reload we develop people through a mixture of guided learning, group training sessions and one-on-one coaching. It isn't all theory though, as we ensure that you actually develop the day-to-day skills of a digital marketer.
