We’re looking for a communication expert for a new Associate Business Consultant job with a leading coding school. This company has incredible links with tech businesses enabling them to create life-changing outcomes for students and they need YOU to help promote commercial services to students and liaise with hiring partners to boost new business.

Associate Business Consultant role overview:

You’ll help to communicate with businesses about the company's tech jobs whilst also setting up lines of communication with students. You'll be highly organised and able to plan your diary effectively with a mixture of sales and business development activities and have the initiative to spot sales opportunities.

You’ll work in the Partnerships and Careers team, promoting industry links to students, liaising with hiring partners, attracting new tech businesses whilst promoting commercial services.

This is a hybrid role based in the Leeds Head office and from home, with excellent and rapid progression opportunities. Sound good?

Associate Business Consultant responsibilities:  

🗨️ Communicating with both businesses and students about tech jobs

🎓 Organise and host Hiring Partner Pitches and interviews for students

📞 New business outreach including video outreach, telephone, email, social media and networking

💻 Attend networking events both online and face-to-face

Associate Business Consultant must-haves:

  • Strong organisational skills required

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline whilst also being a team-player

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must with a friendly attitude

  • Confident and comfortable speaking to partner companies and networking both online and face-to-face

Associate Business Consultant nice-to-haves:

  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce/Hubspot or similar)

  • A passing interest in learning about tech

  • Safeguarding: We are an education provider. You may have responsibility for, and contact with, children, young people or vulnerable adults

  • Initiative and curiosity as there is a lot to learn about the company
