We’re looking for a detail-oriented entry-level candidate with a knack for building relationships for our new Partner Success Executive role!
If you have strong attention to detail and customer service/marketing experience this could be the role that kick-starts your customer success career.
Junior Partner Success Executive role overview:
You’ll help to onboard new clients and work with the development team to assist customers' software requirements. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to support customers with troubleshooting technical issues.
You’ll report to the Senior Partner Success Manager, ensuring the efficient handling of client requests regarding the company product.
Junior Partner Success Executive responsibilities:
🚀 Make clients into happy returning customers
❤️ Provide technical support and conduct client health checks
✍️ Manage client meetings, gather feedback and action their requests
🧑💻 Handle client account management administration
Junior Partner Success Executive must-haves:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
Proven track record of working in a customer-facing / marketing role
Excellent communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills
Proactive approach to work
