We're looking for a grad with project planning skills to join an exciting new agri-tech bank startup. They provide bespoke financial products to farmers, agricultural businesses and everyone who loves the British countryside, but they need YOU to support product development.

Product Development Executive (Graduate Entry) overview:

Founded by leaders of the agricultural industry, this company aims to create and grow a sustainable, customer-focused and innovative bank that supports and champions the financial health of the rural economy. They have ambitious plans for growth in traditional banking and fintech related services/products both in the UK and overseas.

The Product Development Executive plays a key role in the definition, development and launch of new products.

Working alongside other Product team members to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing management of the suite of products.

This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the central Chester-based office, 2 days from home. Sound good?

Product Development Executive (Graduate Entry) responsibilities:

💡 Support the development of new products

📈 Monitor and report on product performance, issues, and user feedback

📚 Develop product training materials and provide product support to internal teams

🔍 Research new products and markets

Product Development Executive (Graduate Entry) must-haves:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferences: agriculture, business, finance, IT)

  • Strong Microsoft Office and organisational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Ability to work with multiple people within the organisation and across a range of functional areas

  • Excellent communication skills
