We’re looking for an ambitious self-starter for a new account executive role with an electrical wholesale company. This company offers domestic installation equipment and appliances and multi-service distribution boards and they need YOU to develop excellent relationships with customers.

Account Executive (entry-level) role overview:
You’ll go the extra mile to meet the customer's needs. You’ll use your communication and research skills to help customers, ensure all details are updated in the CRM and help manage the process.
The role will be based in the Wandsworth office. Sound good?
Account Executive (entry-level) responsibilities:
📞 Communicate with customers via phone and email
👀 Keep on top of industry and market developments
📈 Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing and availability
💻 Data entry in various platforms
Account Executive (entry-level) must-haves:
Some customer service experience
Good telephone manner and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Experience of customer care would be beneficial plus experience of following an order through from start to finish
Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work
