About the Role
In this Graduate Operations role, you will need to be technically proficient (SQL) as you will be project and 2nd line support. You will be getting hands-on with monitoring the operation of the system, providing support to their customers and working with internal teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and adaptable graduate to take the first step in their career.

Candidate requirements:
Must-haves:
- A degree (2:1 or above) (ideally but not necessarily in Computer Science or a STEM subject)
- Articulate: able to verbally communicate complex information to technical staff, and then simplify it for customers
- Excellent written skills: able to provide simple responses to customers documenting what actions and technical responses to internal staff
- An analytical thinker, able to identify, analyse, and document a problem or process
- Data management skills, proficient in Excel
- Able to keep the big picture in mind while working on the details
- Great time management as you will need to prioritise various tasks
- Keen to learn and able to learn quickly
- Good understanding of customer environments
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail
- A commitment to personal development and maintaining current knowledge of the industry threats and best practices
Responsibilities and tasks
Implementation activities:
- Data assessment and synchronisation for new clients
- Setting up new clients
- Onboarding staff for new clients
- Onboarding contractors for new clients
- Creating template building portals
- Setup of data gateways and data plugins
- Analysing existing works approval processes and translating them into Dwellant
Helpdesk activities:
- Analysing and reporting on customer data
- Actively monitoring system using a variety of tools such as SQL
- Resolving customer issues
- Providing support to third party users
- Collaborating with other staff to find and implement solutions
- Updating old help pages and creating new ones for new features
- Writing clear concise work tickets to explain the nature of a problem
- There is scope to extend the role into providing training for new and existing clients
General activities:
- Support the business in meeting its vision, goals, targets and objectives
- Keep secret any privileged Company and Client information that may become known during projects and share only on a need-to-know basis
- Complying with ISO 27001 guidelines to protect our brand.
- Do what needs to be done, we’re a small team so you’ll be involved in everything
