Where do I start. Well I attended international boarding school from a young age (before finishing primary school) this was a fantastic opportunity for me as from the get go I was learning all about cultures, ethnic minorities, diversity and religion. This really made me as a person, it made me want to explore and delve into every opportunity thrown at me. As you can see from my CV I have experienced many different roles. I am a person who loves trying new things and have many interests . I have a passion for travelling and being successful and making a difference in the world. I was a charity

representative for solving kids cancer which I did fundraising for from the passing of my bestfriend, I was also sports captain and representative for my netball, hockey and athletics team. Since then and leaving school in Yorkshire where I’m from I wanted to dive into a bigger world and I relocated and move away from home to london for college, the city of opportunity as I like to call it. In london i believe I thrived and found myself! I tried out every opportunity I could and was successful in completely my A level studies. I then continued living in london as I was successful in getting into university where I went on to study Business management/HR/public relations , I enjoyed learning in university ( however after completing my first year at university I came to realise that I would rather delve into my career path as I believe I am ready. I know I ’m a quick learner, confident and want to make a difference in the world and in the workplace. I want to be successful in everything I do and I always am known to put 110% into everything I do. I am hardworking, approachable and determined person and I hope you consider me for your company.

Skills - • Skills • Problem Solving Skills No matter what the job is, eventually something will go wrong and employers want to know that you’re capable of coming up with a quick and effective solution. I have had many problem solving matters in and out of the workplace such as when i was sports representative of the year and charity representative of the year in the same year lots clashed and made it a tricky matter to do everything at once - here i had to use time management skills and problem solving to fix how i can participate in everything and not in a rushed manner. Whilst working in hospitality everyday was a new day with new clients who may be happy or unhappy with there service, i remember dealing with an unhappy client who wanted a full refund for her stay in the hotel i worked at and our hotel policy was ‘no refunds’ so in this matter i reported to my manager and discussed a 50% reduction and a voucher and the customer left overly satisfied and happy. there is many situations where i've needed problem solving as a skill and i definitely think i am a good problem solver in all types of situations i've been faced with. • Critical Thinking Skills Being able to think rationally and thoughtfully is the basis of critical thinking. I believe i can think through a problem or a project and determine the best steps needed and help to come up with new and better ways to work. • Flexibility I like to believe I am dynamic and adaptable to every situation. Working in hospitality requires major flexibility in shift patterns , rotas and even the role of a job. one day I could be working in the restaurant or at events and the next I could be working as an admin in reception . When working in admin/office and customer service, i believe i have natural ability to use a variety of methods and approaches in different circumstances to get the best end result. • Communication Skills Whether it’s written or verbal, it is handy to be able to communicate well with your boss, co-workers, and clients/customers in all situations. When I was faced with customer service complaints it was essential to be able to communicate emotion, understanding and clearly to the client whether via email or telephone or even in person. I believe communication skills are extremely important as they help show your attitude, behaviour and the type of employee/person you are. with bad communication skills you may give the wrong impression to people. I believe I am very confident, well spoken and well mannered due to etiquette lessons in independent school and experience in the workplace. • Teamwork/indepence Most jobs will sometimes require you to work with other people at some point, and I believe I can succeed in a team environment as well as independently . I have had to work as a team on many different occasions whether it be in sports, charity , work. one great example of good team work/ team building was when I did work experience at Barclays head office and contributed to a team building meeting on ways the team can keep together and work well together. I am a confident and sociable person who loves to talk and be friendly with everyone and this trait has helped me alot.

independence has always been one thing i know i have, from going to boarding school alone, travelling the world alone and presenting speeches and work alone all of these have never been a struggle to me. When I'm faced with a task i can get my head down with no distraction and proceed with it until it's finished to my standards. • Organisation Skills This is not just about having a neat desk (which i do love to have) , but organising tasks in work, meetings even in my social life i like an organised diary and schedule. I am a very organised person who likes everything right and under control. • Creativity I have a very creative mindset to everything in life, I'm known to always be thinking outside of the box and coming up with creative solutions which can be a real asset in any role
