· Sourcing of data from approved public sources using the methods outlined in policies and procedures · Client Outreach where required. Communicating with clients and their clients to obtain information and documentation required to complete KYC/CDD reviews. Able to communicate reasons why certain documents are required. · Working effectively with key stakeholders and the Client’s existing on-boarding teams using excellent communication skills to ensure the mutually satisfactory resolution of key issues and that the respective responsibilities are understood, agreed, and escalated where required · Review client files related to Partnership, Trustees, Hedge Funds, Trustees, charities, Government accounts, PLC, Joint accounts, SPVs, among others · Conduct effective KYC/KYB/AML due diligence procedures including screening for new and existing customers. · Ensuring that internal and external KYC/KYB/AML requirements are effectively met. · Review and classify customers ensuring that classifications are accurate and in line with the nature of business conducted with the customers. · Maintain accurate and complete KYC/KYB/AML due diligence records on new and existing customers and ensuring that relevant databases are updated to reflect completion of review and any additional relevant details. · Review client's full file and ensure that the file contains all the relevant documents and up to date information to ensure that compliance levels are achieved.
