Caroline is a highly experienced and versatile project manager with a proven track record of project performance turnaround. A certified PRINCE2 Practitioner with Agile experience, who has managed multiple longitudinal research studies for academic and government funders with budgets up to £15 million. Has run IT and technical data projects including software implementation, pilots, upgrades and migrations, and document control projects in the UK and several international locations.
