Skills I have learned during my career to date: - Talent development - employee recruitment and onboarding I've learned how to analyse different tests from employees and create a high performing team with different types of behaviours. Passionate about identifying specific talent and supporting growth development. - Organising and motivating teams I’ve developed metrics and KPIs for different positions within the team to ensure employee engagement and successful performance tracking. - Creating and managing business processes I’ve learned how to create and manage business processes for increased sales growth and customer solutions. I know how to create and analyse sales funnels. One of my top achievements was to leverage season losts. - Conflict resolution My goal is to change complaints to satisfaction for every customer. I have learnt to be customer centric and focus every process, solution or innovation with the customer in mind. Through addressing complaints with an 8-step process, my last results showed an increased NPS from 70% to 81%. - Experienced working with different CRM platforms Involved in planning and creating functions as part of a new CRM platform to optimise processes. This included testing, iterating and executing the new platform to employees. - Designing and implementing new projects throughout Ukraine & abroad Successful track record in opening new centres with 200+ members from Day 1. One of my top achievements includes a franchise opening with 407 members.
