Studying Mathematics at university did build up on my interest in analytics which originally sparked in A level maths. During my 3 years at university my problem-solving skills did increase drastically, alongside a lot of statistical modules which lead to a lot of analytics and analysing data and trends. After picking Data analytics in my final year, I ended up doing my dissertation on data analytics where I analysed a trend in a football players market value over 10 years using regression and forecasting. Recent times started working in Iron Mountain where I have been responsible for managing confidential data from health care industries. This was the first step that I needed which gave me the office skills I need and understand how an office operates in general. in this role, great attention to detail is required as confidential data must be validated and processed carefully as a slight error can delay the process of data management for a good period.
